Billing Policy Change

Effective January 2025, water/sewer bills that are overdue 60 days will be turned off without further notice. All bills are due by the 20th of each month. There will be a reconnect fee of $100.00. Fire Rating Classification change

Effective 11/19/2021 the fire rating classification was changed from 9 to 8. Please make sure your home policy reflects this new classification upon renewal of your policy.
